update — Update installed skills

Re-install skills from lock file records, preserving the original installed_at timestamps.

xskill update [OPTIONS]

Options:

• -g, --global — Update global skills only
• -s, --skill <SKILL> — Skill name (use '*' for all skills)

Output style: labels (Source, Updating, Name, Description, Version, Updated) in cyan, Name value in yellow.
